Include a cover page with your title, course name, student names, and the date submitted. The order of Parts and Sections shown on the Scoring Rubric must be maintained. Each Part and Section must be clearly labeled. Must contain (minimum) five (5) peer-reviewed, scholarly sources and your textbook. Citations must be used and must be linked to your References (Sources of Information) listed at the end of the report. APA appropriate citation format (examples available on Internet).
