These sources should include at least one book chapter from an edited volume, one government document or policy brief and at least ten articles from refereed journals.  Sources should be from the last ten years unless there is some compelling reason to think it’s a classic.   Deliverable:  A document that includes the citation and one page of notes for each paper or chapter used in the assignment.
