Throughout the semester, you have used various technology tools to illustrate how MIS (Management Information System) can improve decision making, increase customer retention, attract new customers, leverage competitive advantage, etc. You used collaboration technology, project management, analytics, and productivity technology tools. You also investigated an emerging technology. In your other courses, you may have used additional technology tools, and you may consider those tools as well. Briefly describe the various technology tools used in this course. Choose two of the technology tools that you might recommend for your organization, and describe why you selected them. List and describe two benefits of each of the two selected technologies. Then make a recommendation for which of the technology tools to use within your organization or an organization of your choice. How did you make your decision, and why did you choose the specific technology product for your organization (or an organization of your choice)? Cite at least two references in your post. Include at least one pitfall to avoid when seeking to implement the technology in the organization.
