Apply these chapters and Module 6 to a) your work in human services (EA etc.) and as well as personal/working/teaching relationships and b) to one refugee/immigrant group that recently came to Canada. You must provide examples in your discussion so it teaches your readers how to work with that group and important intercultural communication and information to know about the group 2.Be certain to include in your discussion a) how differences in intercultural communication (verbal, non-verbal communication, and perceptions – please include all) impacts working and personal relationships.
