Activity Instructions In this activity, you will be comparing and contrasting human resource management policies at various institutions. Follow these steps to complete the assignment: 1.   Research human resource management policies at various educational institutions. 2.   Identify three educational institutions that you will analyze in greater depth. You should have access to hiring policies, benefits, packages, job listings and descriptions, employment expectations to include collective bargaining and unionization, and the institutions’ perspective on diversity. 3.   Prepare a list of interview questions that you would like to ask a human resource manager at each institution. The questions should center around how HRM is used at their institution and should give you more insight about how HRM is applied in higher education. 4.   Write a 2-page report, identifying why you chose the educational institution(s), summarize the questions you prepared and explain what you hope to learn from these questions.  Over the course of the semester, you will conduct and analyze a number of research sources. In addition to the course reading, you are required to include at least one additional resource for your discussion postings and assignments. Using the worksheet located in course documents, you will record your research, summarize your findings, utilize your resources and submit your completed worksheet in your Week 7 assignment.
