[SOLVED] Quality Improvement in Healthcare

I’d like you to address, based on whatever quality improvement knowledge/exposure you’ve had to this point, the level of quality in the responses at the local, national, and global levels to the COVID-19 pandemic. I realize this may be a stretch for some students but there are no wrong answers with this assignment since you are just beginning your study of quality improvement.  I want students to view this assignment as if it had been your job to manage the COVID response.  Use your common sense, reflect upon what went right and what didn’t go so well. Read through the assigned reading (if you’ve obtained those) and the Course Notes and don’t forget what your own sense of COVID-19 was back in January, February, early March, etc…  You might also search the web for healthcare articles or blog posts related to COVID especially if you haven’t received your textbooks.  If you’re using other outside sources, don’t forget to properly cite your references.
