[SOLVED] Job Satisfaction in the Aerospace Industry

The paper requires 15-17 pages (not including title page, abstract, and references). Already started the paper, however, the abstract will need some restructuring. SWOT Analysis sheet must be within the paper (will provide a blank copy). Any figures to demonstrate affects will be a bonus addition if possible (not necessarily required but will help). There are 10 peer-reviewed references already gathered to utilize (a minimum of 10), no additional penalty if more is gathered. An outline for frame of reference will also be provided; doesn’t need to be exactly followed, however, some outline similarity would be much appreciated. The objective and purpose is to correlate poor production efficiency with low job satisfaction in the aerospace industry by cross examining other industries and discovering similarities that support the affects of low job satisfaction on production. Additional goals: cross examine based on different occupations, countries, and age groups; also discuss how leadership style and other factors may affect job satisfaction. The addition of this supporting information will show how work attitudes are distributed and how they affect production efficiency associated to job satisfaction.
