After reviewing the resources for this module, identify a health promotion need in a community of your choosing. Then develop a health promotion brochure that you could share with this community. Share your brochure in this discussion.  As you develop this brochure think about the resources or policies that are in place or needed in your community specific to this topic.  After reviewing the resources for this module, identify a health promotion strategy, resource, program, or policy that is in place in your community.  Then discuss how that health promotion resources, policy, or programs have the potential to impact health outcomes. Examples could include: A program designed to increased literacy (St. Louis County Library programs for summer reading and kids), programs for beautification, safety, community-building, safety, environmental concerns, or recreation. It may be helpful to search your community website for current resources, programs or policies.
